Download and Install

DataOlllo runs on Windows. Download the installer from dataolllo.com/download and run it. No installation account required. No email verification. No cloud setup.

The app opens directly to a clean workspace. No dashboards to configure before you can start working.

Open Your First File

Click Open or drag a CSV file onto the app. DataOlllo opens files directly from your hard drive — no upload dialog, no progress bar, no waiting for a server to process your data.

For a 1 million row file, open time is typically under 5 seconds. A 5 million row file opens in 15-30 seconds depending on your disk speed.

Filter with Visual Controls

Each column header becomes a filter control. Click the column header to see filter options:

  • Equals / does not equal
  • Contains / does not contain
  • Greater than / less than
  • Between two values
  • One or more specific values

Filters apply instantly as you set them. No apply button. No modal dialog.

Use AI Chat

Ask questions in plain English about your data. For example: "Show me orders over $500 from the last 30 days" or "What is the average order value by region?"

DataOlllo AI Chat runs local language models. Your data never leaves your machine.

Group and Aggregate

Select multiple columns and click Group. DataOlllo calculates sums, averages, counts, min, and max grouped by any combination of columns. Results appear in a new table you can sort, filter, or export.

Export Results

Click Export to save filtered or aggregated results as a new CSV file. The original data stays exactly where it is.

What You Get

DataOlllo is free for personal use. Business teams can use it without a formal procurement process. No vendor contracts. No data processing agreements. No cloud infrastructure to set up.

Download at dataolllo.com and open your largest CSV file. You will see why local processing is the right choice for sensitive data.
